Return Policy & Process: 

When returning an item, please take note of the following as we remain firm on our return policy with all of our customers.

  •  The following items are FINAL SALE AND NON-RETURNABLE: SWIMWEAR BOTTOMS & 1PC SUITS, ALL JEWELRY, MAKEUP, PERSONAL CARE ITEMS, PRE-ORDERS, DOORBUSTERS, SALE ITEMS & ITEMS PURCHASED AT A DISCOUNT GREATER THAN 20% OFF
  • We accept returns for store credit for regular price items within 15 days from the date USPS tracking shows it was delivered to you. If you selected store pick-up you have 15 days from the next pick-up day after your purchase is processed for your return. If we receive a return outside of the 15-day window your will be notified with the choice of having the item shipped back to you for $7.95, hold for you to pick it up or have it donated to charity.
  • **If your item is unreturnable you are welcome to resell it to other customers in our group: Ev Marie Boutique Closet Cleanout. Please make sure your items are only gently used or new and that you can ship or meet up within a day or two. Ev Marie Boutique is NOT responsible for any purchases made in this group so please buy at your own risk.
  • RETURNS: These must be received in original, unused condition (not worn, not washed, no stains or odors) with orginal tags. Please fill out this form and include it in your return. 
  • EXCHANGES: If you would like to exchange your item, please note on the form below the size, color, etc. you would like to receive. If we have the item, upon receipt of your return, we will process the exchange. If we do not have the item, we will email you and process it as a return for store credit. 
  • DAMAGES: If you receive a damaged or defective item, claims must be made immediately upon reciept by emailing photos of the damage or defect to customer service (evmarieboutique@gmail.com). Claims made ouside of 3 days of delivery to you or after wearing the item for any period of time will not be honored. No exceptions.

**USPS assures that the package will be delivered to our PO BOX. Shipping via UPS or FedEx will not guarantee someone will be at the store for delivery and your package may be sent back to you, if this happens we are not liable and your return deadline will not be extended.

Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These do not qualify as defects.
