SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Now offering LOCAL DELIVERY! Local Delivery is available for $5.00 per order or FREE LOCAL DELIVERY on purchases $95+ (Local Delivery available for those within a 10mile radius of store location.)
  • FREE Shipping on purchases $95+ otherwise shipping is $7.99 per order. 
  • FREE In-Store Pickup is available during open store hours. 
  • Orders are shipped out via USPS First Class or Priority depending on weight of order. Ensure your ship-to address is entered correctly as we are not responsible for incorrect ship-to addresses. 
  • All orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days. We only ship out on weekdays. 
  • Tracking info is provided to the email you supplied on your account with us. Once order is mailed out, Ev Marie Boutique is not held liable for delivery. If you have any issues with your package you need to contact your local post office. 

Damages and issues: 

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

RETURN INFORMATION

  • Returns are accepted on regular price merchandise within 14 calendar days of receiving your order or the following 14 days after the order is processed for pickup. Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with all tags attached, free of odor and all packaging included. 
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items, gift cards and all non-apparel items - These items are FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. 
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of Ev Marie Boutique store credit which is emailed to you. Shipping charges are not refundable.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping.We highly recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We are not responsible for a return package in transit.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive store credit via email to use towards a future purchase.
  • If not approved your item will be held for pickup for 30 days, after 30 days the item will be donated. You are able to pay for shipping to have the item sent back to you if desired.
